Last year was unprecedented and companies were forced to adapt.
Fortunately, our accountants were already set up to work from home, so it came down to hybridizing firm administration and rearranging client meetings via Zoom or conference calls. Some clients still preferred in-person meetings, which we were able to accommodate mid-year, with protocols; outside of that, well over 50% of our rented Encino office space went unused.
When it came to sign off on another 5-year commitment in our current space we scratched our heads, took a step back, and reviewed the dynamics of the past 10 months:
Both Steve and David Duben are long-time residents of the Santa Clarita Valley and moving closer to home has always been a goal. So, when Duben & Associates was presented with an opportunity to purchase a business condominium in the Santa Clarita Valley, we jumped on it!

We plan to be up and running by the 4th of May. Our current Encino lease expires on April 30 and we are already transitioning.
